COVID-19 (also known as Coronavirus disease) Concerns

Do we have solutions during this difficult time?

Q: Do we have solutions during this difficult time?

We understand the heightened concern the coronavirus has caused to implement measures to protect ourselves, our families and our community.  Along with the need to be vigilant about your own health and well-being, this is also a critical time to make sure you are protected legally in the event of your disability and your loved ones are taken care of upon your passing.  Take time now to address your own disability and estate plan to make sure it is in order, legally valid, and reflects your latest desires.

If you are concerned about coming into our offices during this time, we have a few ways we can assist you.  We want to assure you that we sanitize our office daily and after each client leaves.  However, we understand that some clients we serve may have a heightened level of concern, so we are happy to offer you a conference with one of our attorneys by telephone or video conferencing.  Simply call our office at 281.277.3326 to set-up a conference and let us know your preference.  You may stay in your home while still legally protecting yourself and your estate.  As an added benefit during this difficult time, arrangements can be made for our legal team to come to your home to sign your Will or trust, as well as your disability planning documents.  We are waiving our usual trip charge if you live within 10 miles of our office.  For our clients further away, we are offering this service at a reduced rate.

There is no need to worry about your estate plan and legacy.  The Dean Law Firm is available to take care of this for you.  Encourage your friends and family members to take advantage of our additional services.  We want you and your loved ones to experience the peace of mind that comes when your estate plan is done properly.

We do ask that if you are sick, have been potentially exposed to the coronavirus or any illness, or have traveled within the last two weeks that all interactions be by phone or videoconferencing until you are well or after you have self-quarantined for the recommended amount of time, which currently is fourteen days.

Call us today to set-up a complimentary Estate Planning consultation at 281.277.3326 or email Cindy at
